Our courses at the Flow Cytometry Core Facility are arranged once a year in the autumn. Courses can also be provided during spring upon request.

This course is for everyone who are interested in flow cytometry. The aim of the course is to provide a solid theoretical and practical background in flow cytometry, enabling participants to assess and conduct flow cytometry experiments independently.

This course covers the following aspects:

  • Basic principles of flow cytometry
  • Design of flow cytometry panels/experiments
  • Proper controls and compensations
  • Data analysis

Flow cytometry analysis course

Everyone who would like to learn how to analyse flow cytometric data is welcome to join this course. Bring your own data so that it can be analysed by the group.
